Obama poised to sign U.N. treaty in December!

I have only briefly scanned it and found these red flags. It is made very plain that all parties that enter into this treaty will be governed by the COP (Conference of Parties).

The Facility shall enjoy such legal capacity as is necessary for the exercise

of its functions and the protection of its interests, in particular the capacity to enter into

contracts, to acquire and dispose of movable and immovable property and to

institute legal proceedings in defense of its interests.

12. All institutions, instruments, mechanisms and policies and actions developed

pursuant to this Protocol shall be governed in an open, transparent, fair and effective

system under the ultimate authority of the Conference of the Parties serving as the

meeting of the Parties.



13. All Parties acknowledge and agree that it will only be possible to meet the goals

of this shared vision if commitments under both the Copenhagen Protocol and Kyoto

Protocol are fulfilled. This Protocol shall be applied and implemented provisionally from

the date of its adoption by the Conference of the Parties and shall continue to apply

and be implemented on a provisional basis until the entry into force of the Protocol for

each Party.



Judge for yourself, the dangers and seriousness of this treaty! Then, pray for the Continental Congress in November. Those delegates may be America’s last hope. Please pray for God to intervene and direct them just as he did in the 1st Continental Congress of 1774. If God be for us, who then can stand against us!

I agree this is a serious threat to US sovereignty. I’ve posted links to the article on Twitter and other blogs. I suggest everyone else do the same? I also contact my senators (for what good it might do) to express my opposition the signing of this treaty.
