Very well stated, I do not advocate violence because I spent 30 years trying to do the right thing and uphold the law and I have seen first hand how the Feds have crept into local law enforcement and enticed them with money, power, recognition and a f…

Many people ask this question and I believe you have provided an excellent answer. Also, addressing Boonierat's comment, I think when the Articles of Association come out and get that mass-movement of 8 million+ signatures, we will be recognized as…

How many times and by how many people has it been said that a nation divided against itself will not stand, and goes into desolation. Desolation is the death of a nation. America, a divided nation, is obsessed with death. Currently a death cult,…

I have often heard it said that a welded crack is stronger than the steel surrounding it. I have also heard similar stories about broken bones, flesh wounds and other injuries. A breakdown has occurred among certain members of We the People Congres…

We take for granted freedom of the press, freedom to peacefully assemble, to speak, and hold our religious beliefs. If any of these were stripped away, or encumbered, there would be widespread dissent. Few know this simple truth: that these “first…

Silent War, Overcoming Factions, Embargo as a Means to Victory

http://www.infowars.com/images/free-die.jpg

Although the Missouri billboard appears to threaten violence, we must come to realize that not only is violence not requisite for war, but that America is already embroiled in war. This is a fact to which we must awaken, a fact we must comprehend and embrace. The billboard strategy expresses retaliation. I st… Continue

By What Authority?

A question was asked of me today "Do we have any legitimate authority to be here doing what we are doing?"

The Declaration of Independence provides that the people have a duty, a lawful obligation to throw off government when a long train of governmental abuse and usurpation evinces a design to reduce the people under absolute despotism. Given that the people have this duty, and given that the government through its abuses and usurpations has lost any rightful claim to power, thus, the power de… Continue

Perspective CC2009: Struggling Through the Second Day.

Whatever perceived notion one might have held that the Continental Congress was going to be an We the People Congress organizational meeting or Bob Schulz pep rally was soundly set aside yesterday. A motion offered by the founder and Chairman of We the People Foundation and its sister organization We the People Congress to establish a citizen oversight committee over Congress was defeated by the Delegate body. Further, with Mr. Badnarik presiding, Mr. Schulz has combined his strength with the re… Continue

Day 2; Badnarik States Principles; Schulz is on Point and On Fire

Continental Congress President Badnarik delivered a scathing opening presentation, holding no punches when outlining the provisions of the Declaration of Independence. Bob Schulz followed in kind, restating with emphasis the charter principles upon which the Republic, as distinguished from a Democracy, is founded. As anticipated, both presentations followed closely along the lines of the Declaration of Independence, the federal Constitution and its accompanying Bill of Rights.

A President for the Continental Congress is chosen

Continental Congress 2009 has begun.

As the first order of business, a motion was made to elect a president of the Congress. A majority of votes was required, and so after the field of about ten nominees was whittled down to two, Michael Badnarik from Texas was the Congress choice. (see http://givemeliberty.org/user/congress/Region.aspx?state=tx) Dan Gonzalez from Florida received the second highest amount, and so was mad… Continue

Not boasting neccessarily... it's just what we do. Some people belong to a country club and play golf. We fly. Bought the Arrow IV (I'm standing in front of the cowl/prop) about 6 years ago. I am a pilot and my wife is a CFI, MEI.
