Here is my Re-written Preamble. I created this at 2:30 a.m. upon reading for the first time the absurdity "...but it doesn't say you have a right to have your petition heard and it doesn't say you have a right to an answer"!

Hi Floyd, Everyone who is a citizen of Pa and a Patriot should be willing to support and uphold all of the principles outlined in the constitution of the United States and apply those same principles, including common sence etc., to the state of Pa.

I accepted, but am not computer literate, nor a real people person (typical extrovert). I am concerned and want to do all that's possible to salvage our nation. Time is short, but hope we can put this together - with necessary funding, etc.
